Business Model for EmpowerU Namibia: Overview of EmpowerU Namibia’s Network Structure EmpowerU Namibia operates a robust network comprising over 1,000 interconnected members who participate as both customers and distributors. The business model is designed around a commission-sharing system derived from the overall sales turnover generated by the network.

Membership Enrollment Process:

To become a member, an individual must pay a registration fee of N$100. Following this, they activate their membership by placing an initial order valued at N$300. This dual-step process ensures that members are financially invested in the network from the outset. Loyalty Points System:

Each order placed by a member earns them loyalty points equivalent to 3% of the order value. Accumulating these points is crucial for advancement within the organization. Once a member collects 1,000 loyalty points, they graduate from the position of Team Leader to Senior Team Leader, marking their progress within the network. There are additional incentives which are related to progressing within the network. These are illustrated in the compensation plan attached. C

Commission Structure for Members:

Members earn commissions based on sales generated by their down-liners (the members they recruit). The commission structure is tiered as follows:

Team Leaders

In addition to the above commissions, Senior Team Leaders receive an additional 5% commission on orders from third-generation down-liners (those recruited by second-generation down-liners).

Senior Team Leaders

Earn 10% commission on orders placed by their first-generation down-liners (those directly recruited) and 15% on orders from second-generation down-liners (those recruited by their first-generation down-liners). This mu entivizes members to not only sell products but also actively recruit new members into the network.

To facilitate smooth operations, a member registration form collects essential information required for active participation in the network. An online platform will be implemented to automate transaction recording related to product sales, point accumulation, and commission distribution.
